Stay safe in cases of emergencies. Move your vehicle to the side of the road. Please don't try to repair your car in the middle of the street.
After your car is on the side of the road, you can then determine what is wrong with your vehicle. If you can't figure out what's wrong with your car, have a low threshold to call the police for help or us for roadside assistance. If a loved one or pet is stuck in the car, make sure to leave a window cracked open if possible. Do not leave children or the elderly in the car without a cracked window. If they are stuck, call us and we can let you into the locked car. Don't exit vehicles while your on a busy road or intersection. Press the hazard button and make sure to communicate to other drivers that something is wrong with your car. Make sure to turn your car off before attempting repairs. Be careful! Make sure your car is cool before touching machinery under the hood of your car. |
